WWHP offers affordable preventative care which is reflected in a sliding scale fee system. Before each session you will be asked to bring a photocopy of your last tax return that indicates your adjusted gross income (Line 4 if you filed a Form 1040EZ; Line 21 if you filed a Form 1040A; Line 37 if you filed a Form 1040). If your financial situation has changed and your latest tax return does not reflect this, another form of documentation will be required. We are here to work with you!
